Why we love it

I have always been into keeping fit, and before we moved to Shrewsbury I was a member of the Bournville Harriers running club. After we moved here I joined the Shropshire Shufflers, a fun group of runners. I'd been toying with the idea of making a nice relaxing, post exercise bath soak and a refreshing, essential oil massage rub for sore, tired muscles. I loved the results so much I made a batch, just for my new friends in the running group. Word got around, and we soon had customers coming into the shop asking us about it and we decided to put them into production.

I made the muscle soak first, blending essential oils to give a soothing, calming and uplifting experience, combining them with relaxing epsom salts and I'd recommend 1/2 a tablespoon per bath.
