4 Steps To A Great Shave

1. Prepare the skin. It's best to shave after a hot shower. This will open the pores and soften the beard.

2. Lathering. Wet the brush and apply to shaving soap. Work the soap into a lather on the face in a circular motion. This will produce a richer lather, lift the beard and gently exfoliate the skin.

3. Shaving. With your free hand hold the skin of the area to be shaved taught and shave with the grain. For an even closer shave, re-lather and shave lightly against the grain.

4. Repair and Protect. Close the pores with a splash of cold water and apply after shave balm by melting a small amount in the palm of your hands and apply to the face.
