Use our Superfine Hand Scrub first of all, take about a 20p size in the palm of DRY hands and over the sink rub your hands, fingers and nails, just like you were washing them. Keep doing this for as long as you can and then finally rinse off any remaining salt and pat your hands dry. They will feel so much better after this first simple stage.
When your hands are dry apply the cuticle oil to the base of your fingernails and massage in, the oil is lovely and thick and will not drip but will sink in beautifully immediately nourishing your cuticles and nails. Try and use this oil daily for best results.
When the cuticle oil has soaked in, take a 5p size of the Overnight Balm and massage into your hands, it is sticky so I apply it when I know I can sit for 15 miniutes to allow it to soak in completely.
This simple effective routine really is a treat for your hands, you will be so happy with the results, I promise.

How to use
Taking a 10p size of Superfine Hand Scrub into the palm of dry hands rub your hands together, back and front, over a sink for about a minute. Rinse off and pat your hands dry to reveal instantly softer hands. The fine Himalayan Salt gently but effectively exfoliates your hands whilst the Rice Bran, Vitamin E & our unique blend of essential oils soak into your hands leaving them fresh and soft.
Apply our Overnight Hand Balm just before bed or I like to use it whilst I'm relaxing watching TV. Its super intensive so you need time for the shea & avocado butter, calendula, coconut & rice bran oils to soak into your skin.
Using the Intensive Cuticle Oil daily will see a great improvement in the condition of your nails and cuticles it can be used on your toe nails too.
