French Clay Usage
100% natural and mineral rich, French Clay is a wonderful way to draw toxins from under the skin, it gently exfoliates, nourishes and stimulates blood circulation encouraging skin regeneration.
When blended with floral water and applied as a mask it will detoxify, rejuvenate and strengthen your skin, extracting impurities from the skin helping you to maintain smooth and fresh-looking skin.
Our French Clay is quarry mined in the South of France, it is crushed and left to dry out in the sun to remove excess water. The colour of the clay is dependent on the depth it was mined and different colours benefit different skin types:
Pink Clay. this subtle blend of two ultra-soft clays takes care of the most delicate and mature skin types respecting the skin's pH balance it delicately refines, rejuvenates and improves your skin's elasticity revealing its natural radiance. BUY
Suggested floral water: Rose or Geranium.
Usage:
Blend 2 teaspoons of clay with 2 teaspoons of floral water to make a paste. Apply to the face and leave no longer than 10 minutes, do not allow the clay to go fully dry. Rinse off with warm water.
Be aware that clay may stain clothing. It is normal for the skin to appear red for a short while after removal of face mask due to toxins being drawn to the surface of the skin.
